Dynasty wins Northeast Open

Undefeated five-time NPPL Series Champions, San Diego Dynasty claimstheir second NXL victory of the year at the Northeast Open with theLuxe professional paintball marker.
Greensburg, PA – August 19, 2008 – The National X-Ball League offersthe ultimate in X-Ball competition. Four tournaments each year areplayed to determine the ranking of teams at the divisional playoffsand finals at each year’s Paintball World Cup.
For the first time, the NXL and Paintball Sports Promotions staged atournament at the All-American Paintball Park in Greensburg,Pennsylvania. Located just east of Pittsburgh, the park featuresstate of the art indoor and outdoor tournament fields and is the homefield of the two-time NXL champions, Philly Americans.
After brutal competition in the preliminary and playoff rounds, thebattle of Greensburg hinged on the outcome of one finals game, pittingDynasty, winner of this year’s Mid Atlantic Open NXL competitionagainst the Philly Americans. When the dust settled, Dynasty wasvictorious, claiming the first place trophy, and advancing to becomethe number one ranked team in the NXL.
