A Gen 6 timmy will not be out for the next few years. This isn’t to say that a new (milling) model won’t be designed because it may, however the general platform of the vice/protege will not be adjusted any time soon.

More disappointing news, BLAST has decided NOT to issue an accent/highlight kit for either the vice or the protege. The reason for this is because of players trying to disassemble parts of their markers and damaging them. In particular the ram sleeve was discussed as having major issues with a lot of people. BLAST doesn’t want to have a ton of repairs because there are dumb people who damage their markers because they don’t know how to work properly disassemble markers.

More news on the Vice Limited. As was said in an older post the vice limited will be released in VERY small quantities. The previous vice limited was Red with silver highlights (for more information visit this link). A new vice limited has been issued and there are NO RED AND SILVER AVAILABLE FROM BLAST ANYMORE.

The new vice limited color is Lime Green (I’m still working on getting pictures so before everyone starts the “this post is worthless with the pictures” nonsense, I’m already working on it). Everything (EVERYTHING) on the marker is lime green except for the macroline, grips and macroline fittings. Again I’m WORKING ON THE PICTURES right now….

More information on the next vice limited. While this “can be neither confirmed nor denied” word has it that the woodsballers will be taken care of with the next marker. That’s right, a woodsball vice may be the next vice limited issued (cough cough, hint hint). Don’t even bothering asking about pics for this one, they will not be issued, even under the table, until ALL the lime green vices are sold.

Some more interesting news, while again “this can not be confirmed nor denied” word has it that BLAST is working on a pump marker. That’s right, there may be a Bob Long pump coming out. Again this is only the most recent word and is not official but one interesting quote from a BLAST employee was “if spyder can come out with a pump, why can’t we?”

As for a picture of Matt and Bob in the jersey it was brought up to me before I mentioned it. Bob has taken some time off since the holidays at his cabin in the mountains. When Bob gets back in the shop Matt will get the picture for us.

That’s about it. Overall it sounds like BLAST is doing really well with everything. Hopefully I’ll get images from them soon on the new vice limited and when I do I will post them up immediately so DON’T BOMB THIS THREAD WITH THE “without pictures this thread is worthless” NONSENSE!!! I’m just letting everyone know what I found out about today when I chatted with them (if one person mentions pictures, I swear from now on I will NOT update IOG on any more news… so WATCH IT BLACKSIX ….yea I know who started it on the last BLAST update thread
